1. Staying Local

Organize the location of the workplaces of your jobs so that you won’t have to get stressed because of having long hours of transportation and being late for the next job.

2. Motivation

Motivation is the greatest factor in getting a job and in keeping one. You have to have a very strong motivation because you have more than one job which means having more than one source of stress. Make sure you allow yourself to have breaks and to have leisure time for you to be able to have some peace and quiet alone which will also help you to ponder upon things that would really help you be motivated and strive harder in each job.

3. Schedule

Schedule

Make sure that you fix your work schedule and not let it be as is then notice afterwards when you are all burned up that all your stress was due to your work schedule being all over the place. Make it a point that you take schedules that make your life seem less hectic.

4. Communication

Open communication with your employee and with your colleagues is also a good idea for you to be able to handle the job well. As much as possible, you should let one of your employers or each of them know that you have more than one job for them to be able to know how to adjust your schedule and consider your situation.

5. Take Breaks

You are not a robot and you should quit thinking that you are able to handle everything all at once. You need some time to rest and enjoy so you should be able to take breaks and have some “me” time.

6. Set Limits

You should know your limits. Every person has their limits whether physically, emotionally and mentally. Be sure to know these limits. Don’t push yourself too hard. Otherwise, it will lead to more frustrations and stress which will lead to poor performance.
